Antique Marked Doll Composition Shoulder Head Sleep Eyes 14"

Description

This antique doll has a composition shoulder head. Hazel colored sleep eyes.  The mouth is open with 2 painted top teeth. Molded hair, open crown, with
remnants of a past wig.  This doll has a cloth body with disk jointed on arms and legs and composition gauntlet forearms.  Her legs may or may not have been replaced.  She is marked and I have penciled in the marking which looks to me like "Effanbee".  I do not want to guarantee this, since I am not sure.  She measures approx. 14". I believe, this doll is an early one from 1910-1920.
