We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We can only ship and accept payment from verified buyers. Please do not ask us to edit any customs values, we cannot accommodate those requests. Payment on Buy It Now items is due immediately, and auction payments are due within 24 hours of purchase or we reserve the right to re-list the item. All sales are final on items listed as non-returnable.  Pictures are for reference only and if there is a question of fitment, please contact us before your purchase.
Shipping
You are welcome to pick-up your purchase at our location in Coldwater, MI.
Most items will ship via UPS or USPS within 1-2 business days and the tracking number will be provided once shipped.
If you have a product that is shipped to you and it is damaged in transportation,  please contact us and we can assist in filing a claim. On sales where shipping is charged, a
ll shipping charges will be listed in the auction, and are the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is deemed oversized or is being shipped internationally, we reserve the right to request additional shipping in these cases.
Returns, Warranties, Exchanges and Repairs
We can exchange items, if requested, if all return rules are followed and the requested product is available. If you would like to return an item, please contact us and we will respond with a return address and a RMA for you to be enclosed with the returned product. Check your purchase to ensure your purchase is eligible for return, and is within 30 days of receiving your product.  When returning products, you are responsible for return shipping and to ensure we receive the product in the condition in which they were sent, including all tags being attached with original packaging. Do not use duct tape, electrical tape or any other box to return items or it will be sent back to the buyer. 20 percent restocking fees apply, and we reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time.

All Warranties and Repairs, unless otherwise stated or written, are the responsibility of the customer, and the respective manufacturer, not Planet Powersports. We are an advocate for the customer and we will work hard to resolve warranty claims in the customers best interest.
