This linen & Cotton apron is very fine and very difficult to make, pulled thread I believe it is called.
The model is EU40 and this fits her almost perfectly so size 36-40.
Approximate measurements:
Waist 26"
Neck to waist: 16-17. easy shortening at waist if desired.
Back: Lying flat from side to side 30-32"
Skirt: 37". Recommend cotton underskirt to give soft wool blend skirt more "hold",  but not necessary.
Blouse: From Norway. Cotton generic with lace trim at neck and wrists.
Tax:
Ebay takes tax as required from the various states.
