Composition WWII Boy Doll Army Military Soldier 15" 1940'S Vintage
This is a very old doll, I think it is from the 1940's?
My research indicates it is a composition doll. an sort of ceramic ? head, arms and legs.
body may be hay or straw? I did not want to undress it to look closer as the uniform
is carefully pinned in place, but the body feels like straw. Arms and legs move.
has socks and shoes. shoes appear to be paper and have wear.
uniform is in great condition including the hat. Hands have some surface cracks in the composition
the face is severely cracked and composition missing on the lower left and right sides of his face.
