Girl's Stylized Polish Folk Dance Skirt 28 Waist White Nylon & Ribbons

Stylized, hand made girl's skirt, probably for a Polish folk dance group.
White semi-sheer nylon with multicolor satin ribbons.
Very full, with cotton blend underskirt.
Some hand stitching. Closes with hooks & eyes.
Measures approx. 14.5" across waist (with extra material, so could be made a couple inches larger), 20" waist to hem.
Good condition. The only issue I see is an approx. .25" mark near waistband, as shown.
