THIS IS A LIFT KIT FOR THE ARCTIC CAT KITTY CAT 72-99 MODEL SLEDS, WITH THIS KIT THE SLEDS HAVE A MUCH EASIER TIME ACTUALLY GOING THROUGH SOME SNOW INSTEAD OF BEING STUCK ALL THE TIME IN ANY AMOUNT OF SNOW MORE THAN A DUSTING LIKE THEY DO STOCK. THIS IS A BRAND NEW CUSTOM CNC LASER CUT REAR AND FRONT LIFT KIT FOR ALL ARCTIC CAT KITTY CAT MODELS. THE REAR TRACK IS LIFTED APPROXIMATELY 3 INCHES VIA NEW CNC LASER CUT STAINLESS STEEL (NOT MILD STEEL) IDLER WHEEL BRACKETS. THE FRONT IS ALSO LIFTED AND WIDENED APPROXIMATELY 2 1/2 INCHES VIA CUSTOM MADE MILD STEEL LIFT & WIDENING SPINDLES SO THE SLED STILL STAYS STABLE WITH THE ADDED HEIGHT (SPINDLES ARE UNPAINTED BARE).  IF YOU HAVE A PRE 94 MODEL KITTY CAT YOU WILL NEED TO DRILL OUT THE SKI SADDLES FOR A 3/8 BOLT (BOLT AND DRILL NOT INCLUDED, BUT ANY HARDWARE STORE CARRIES THEM), FROM 72 TO 94 STOCK KITTY CATS CAME WITH A 5/16 BOLT HOLDING THE SKI TO THE SPINDLE AND THEY WERE PRONE TO BENDING AND WEAR, SO YOU WILL NEED TO UPDATE TO 3/8 BOLT WHEN YOU INSTALL THIS IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO. THAT IS THE ONLY MOD NEEDED ON THE OLDER MACHINES TO RUN THIS KIT.  THIS WILL FIT THE 95 AND NEWER MACHINES AS WELL, BUT YOU MAY NEED TO TRIM THE EXTENDED SPINDLES SLIGHTLY OR TAP THE SKI SADDLE A HAIR WIDER FOR SOME 95 AND NEWER MACHINES.
NOTE: IF THERE IS AN APPLICATION GUIDE POSTED ABOVE, IT IS JUST THAT, A GUIDE, IT IS NOT AN ALL INCLUSIVE LIST. MACHINES LISTED ABOVE CAN USE ALTERNATE PARTS ON MODELS STATED DEPENDING ON BUILD DATE, TRIM AND SPECIFIC MODEL AND THE WAY MANUFACTURES STATE THEIR FITMENT GUIDES. THEREFORE YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR SPECIFIC MODEL AND PART NUMBER REQUIRED PRIOR TO PURCHASE, AS THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON THIS ITEM.
