Up for sale professionally built and tested RF Active Probe.
When it is required to make a measurement at a node of an RF circuit, connecting to the circuit using a normal oscilloscope probe, even on the x10 setting can change the behaviour of the circuit. For those difficult cases, you need a special probe like the one I built and put on a sale.
You can notice that there are four capacitors in chain on the input of this probe. It has been done not just for fun. It has been done to get this probe work safe in the circuits with a voltage up to 250 V (one SMD capacitor withstand about 70 - 100 V !
Another significant thing I did there is to get minimal input capacitance of the probe there should NOT be ground surface around input pin !

To get accurate results it is important that the ground probe contacts an RF ground close to the probed point on the circuit. So to solder the wire somewhere on the RF Probe ground surface and then connect it to the ground of tested unit.
