    a new lever.
    This lever has a different bend than the original 500s lever. When you pull it out from the tucked away position the foot piece will be farther out. This is a cheap alternative to buying the high $
    original
    lever from Suzuki which has now been discontinued.
    This lever fits on the shaft tight & it stays tucked away when ridding. If you want the original lever, please buy it from Suzuki. This fits the 87-90 models, sometimes the threads need to be cleaned up with a small, wired brush or file before it will slide on.
