    Description

    I am selling a super collector plate by Vernon Kilns!
    This plate honors the town of Turlock, California. Turlock is located a couple hundred miles southeast of San Francisco, but well north of Fresno.
    Some of the images shown on the front include the Stanislaus District Fair, the city center, the Don Pedro Dam, and a turkey representing the ,000,000 turkey industry. Also of note is the border detail—a charming collection of agriculture and farming images including cows, watermelon, grapes, and citrus fruit.
    This plate measures 10 3/8" in diameter. It is made on the Ultra shape, and is glazed in brown. The backstamp shows a map of the state of California, with Turlock proudly noted by a large star. The mark also includes the description

    Condition is pristine, nearly mint! Scarcely any sign of use or wear, and no damage at all.
