    Description

    Vintage Ethnic Peasant Folk Art Vest Costume.
    The name in the label is B Wilmon Campbell. I looked him up and he was an actor who was active in the 50s & 60s mainly I think . This vest is probably a costume from one of the plays he was in.
    There are few places where the black ropes are a little worn. There are also age spots inside. Under the right arm pit a few of the loops are messed up.

    I think the brown is felt.
