VINTAGE BLACK SCHUTT RJOP-SW FOOTBALL HELMET FACEMASK - Thin Coat!!! 1989!!!

Description

For sale is an awesome Schutt RJOP-SW football helmet facemask.  This mask is black and will only fit on helmets made to accommodate standard facemasks (AiR XP, VSR 4, etc.)
This mask is extremely difficult to find as the RJOP-SW went out of production in the late 1990's.
Up until around 2004, Schutt offered two styles of coatings on their facemasks.  A thicker coating, and then a considerably thinner coating.  NFL teams almost unanimously used the thinner coating, and this mask is from that thin coat style.
It is date stamped DHI (April, 89). This mask has never been used, but shows 30 plus years of box wear.  In other words there are light scuffs and abrasions in the coating.
There is no hardware in this auction.
