The maker is the Applause co. a division of; the Wallace Berrie & Co, inc. with the permission of Walt Disney Productions. Donald is about 12" tall and is wearing a 2 button sailor outfit. Very Clean. Still has the original applause plastic hand insignia on his right hand.
