VINTAGE Ukrainian? Russian? Flowered Embroidered Blouse Shirt Smock Top women

This is an incredibly lovely embroidered smock or blouse or shirt.  I don't know which.  I've had it many years an it was a gift as the"gifter" knew I loved embroidery.  Hanging in my closet to admire forever, but have never worn it.  Time to pass it on.  I can't tell if it's cotton or linen.  Very small cross stitch embroidery stitches.  Sleeves are sewn onto the body with faggoting.  The blouse is machine stitched.  The small size of the cuff makes me think this was for a woman, bur it would be more normal for a man to wear this type of smock with a belt.  This is a courser fabric, not a modern polyester fabric.  It was for sure a traditional folk costume, worn as an over smock or over blouse with a belt or possibly a skirt and apron over it.

Underarm seam across the front is 27".  That's the same as the bottom of the smock-so it's a loose 54" around from the underarm down to the bottom.
