White cotton / cotton blend blouse made in Poland for a Polish folk dance group. Shoulder yoke, with bodice fabric gathered at back. Red embroidery & narrow white crochet trim around Peter Pan collar and button-close cuffs.
This appears to be a simplified version of a Green Kurpie blouse, for a folk dance group.
